For best results follow this rule:
CLEAN BAR = No chalk on grips
CHALK ON BAR = Chalk on grips

Strap the grip snugly at the base of your palm, tight against your wrist. The palm should have slack to allow the material to fold over the bar—this creates the dowel effect for stronger grip and less tearing.

Fingerhole grips are meant to be worn with your fingers through the holes. Wearing these grips like fingerless grips is unsafe and can lead to grip lock.

Classic Wrist Design – Minimalist fit that works with wristbands, watches, Whoops, and more.

V-Series Wrist Design – Contoured for comfort and angled to distribute force evenly for unmatched support and durability.

Care

General Care: Hand wash or use a delicate machine cycle-detergent only-then air dry.

Spot Cleaning: Wipe down the black rubber side with either straight white vinegar or rubbing alcohol to strip off any residue.

Our grips should be replaced every 4 to 6 months, based on average use. Please note, your intensity and volume of training may impact the life of your grips. While our grips are durable, we advise you to prioritize safety as your grips age.

Wet the grips slightly with a spray bottle and rub them together. This will help form the grips. Then rub the chalk into the damp grips very well.

Form the dowel effect utilizing the excess material. You should have a smooth surface on the palm with the fold sitting comfortably between the fingers and the bar. This can be formed on the pull up bar or with a switch grip deadlift.

The straps should be secured comfortably around the wrist on the appropriate hand as indicated by the Left and Right tags on the straps. The angle of the straps should be between the index finger and thumb.

If there is excessive length of the wrist strap you can trim 1” off the end by using scissors to cut just past the VICTORY tag. Use a lighter to melt the edge of the wrist strap to prevent fraying after cutting.

Care

Wrist Padding: You can clean the neoprene wrist padding by wiping it down with a cloth dampened with a light soap and water solution, then air dry.

Leather: Do not get the leather strap wet as it will make the leather brittle. If the straps get soaked with sweat or water, wipe off the moisture with a clean dry cloth and let them air dry. Do not put them in a gym bag wet.

Warning

WARNING: Hand Grips Are Not a Toy
Use only as intended. Activities involving motion or height carry risk of serious injury or death. Know your limits—and the gear’s. Always inspect for damage and ensure all parts are secure before use. If unsure, seek guidance from a trained professional.

Important Use Tips
These grips are extremely grippy on clean bars without chalk. To avoid injury or grip lock (excess material wedging between your palm and the bar), follow these tips:

  • Release cleanly—don’t slide off the bar. With great grip comes great responsibility.
  • Break them in during warm-ups or skill work before workouts or competition.
  • Expect an adjustment period if you’re not used to high-friction grips.
  • For skills like muscle-ups, relax/open your hands at the top. Don’t push excess material into your palm.
  • Avoid using grips chalk-free for pullovers. If you do, chalk both the bar and the grips to reduce friction—and always open your hand during rotation.
