Women's 3-Finger Grips

The 3-Finger grips provide coverage over areas most vulnerable to rips but leave some bare skin connection with the bar. These grips also allow for dexterity in the hook grip. As with all of our finger hole grips, length is provided to form a dowel effect which will lock in your grip and create maximum torque and the side of your wrist is protected during the false grip.
