Victory Grips Return Policy
At Victory Grips, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in new condition
- Original packaging is included
- Product is free of chalk, dirt, hair, odor, sweat, damage, or signs of use
- Tags, if applicable, are still attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or worn grips
- Items showing signs of chalk, dirt, odor, pet hair, or sweat
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Products returned without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Due to hygiene and safety standards, used grips sent back to our warehouse will be rejected and discarded. Rejected items will not be shipped back to the customer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer exchanges on eligible items within the return window, subject to inventory availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.
Victory Grips will cover the cost of return shipping for approved exchanges and store credit returns.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs only when returning an item for a refund.
- If you choose an exchange or store credit, Victory Grips will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team before starting a return. Include photos of the issue so we can review it quickly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the return is delivered.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions above, the return may be rejected.
Warranty
Victory Grips products are designed for high-performance training, but normal wear over time is expected. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, or standard product wear.
