The 4-Finger grips provide total palm coverage. These grips are specifically designed for athletes that rip under the index finger, between the index finger and thumb, or for those who prefer full coverage. As with all of our finger hole grips, length is provided to form a dowel effect which will lock in your grip and create maximum torque. As with all our grips, the side of your wrist is protected during the false grip with the 4-Finger Grips.
