Kati Breazeal: Handstand Shifts

by Victor Pellegrino on September 06, 2017

One of the essential skills to have when learning to handstand walk is to be able to shift your body weight side to side, then be able to tap your shoulders with your hands like you are marching in place. Taking the time to first be able to have stationary balance in a handstand, then moving through this progression of dynamic balance will make your handstand walks much more efficient and help you walk greater distances.
